1. Field Of Application
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, services and bookings made via the website petsparklebytrudi.com and provided within the service of energetic animal work and animal communication.
By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Type Of Service
All services are provided on an energetic, intuitive and holistic level.
They are not a substitute for veterinary or psychotherapeutic treatment.
My work serves to harmonise and activate self-healing powers – for pets and humans.
I do not make diagnoses or promise healing.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
All sessions are by individual appointment and take place exclusively remotely.
Bookings are binding and payment is made in advance. This reserves the appointment for you and your pet.
Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the session.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation (less than 48 hours in advance), I reserve the right to charge the full amount, as the appointment cannot be reallocated.

4. Booking & Payment
Bookings can be made using the contact form or in writing.
After confirmation, you will receive an invoice by email.
All prices are final prices – in accordance with the small business regulation under Section 19 (UStG), no value added tax is shown.
Payment is made in advance – by bank transfer or by agreement.
The appointment is only bindingly reserved once payment has been received.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All information you share with me will be treated confidentially.
Your data will only be used within the scope of our collaboration and will not be passed on to third parties.

6. Disclaimer
I accept no liability for decisions or actions you take based on my work. Responsibility for pets and humans remains with the respective owners or clients at all times.
My services are based on intuition, energetic perception and many years of experience – however, they do not constitute medical or legal advice.
7. Copyright & License
All content (texts, audio files, energy codes, symbols, etc.) created in the course of my work remains my intellectual property.
Distribution, publication or reproduction is only permitted with written permission.
8. Final Stipulations
Should individual regulations of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining stipulations shall remain unaffected.
The law of the country of residence shall apply, insofar as legally permissible.
