1. Scope Of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, services and bookings made via the website petsparklebytrudi.com or directly with Pet Sparkle by Trudi in connection with energetic animal work and animal communication.
By booking a session or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Type Of Service
All services are provided on an energetic, intuitive and holistic level.
They are not replace veterinary, medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic diagnosis or treatment.
My work is intended to support balance, awareness and inner harmony for animals and humans.
I do not make diagnoses, prescribe treatments, or promise healing or a specific outcome.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
All sessions take place by prior individual appointment and are carried out exclusively remotely.
Appointments are reserved once booking has been confirmed.
Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed appointment.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, I reserve the right to charge the full agreed amount if the appointment cannot be reassigned.
4. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made via the contact form, by email, or in writing.
After confirmation, you will receive an invoice or payment information by email.
Payment is due in advance.
All prices are final prices.
No VAT is charged under the Belgian small business exemption scheme, where applicable.
The appointment is only bindingly reserved once payment has been received.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All information shared with me will be treated confidentially.
Your data will only be used within the scope of our communication, booking and collaboration and will not be passed on to third parties unless legally required or necessary for the technical operation of the website or services.

6. Disclaimer
I accept no liability for decisions or actions taken by clients on the basis of my services.
Responsibility for veterinary, medical, personal, or legal decisions remains entirely with the respective client or animal owner.
My services are based on intuition, energetic perception and experience, and do not constitute medical, veterinary or legal advice.
7. Copyright
All content created by me in the course of my work, including texts, audio files, written readings, energetic codes, images or other materials, remains my intellectual property.
Any reproduction, publication or sharing with third parties is only permitted with my prior written consent.
8. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Belgian law shall apply, to the extent legally permissible.
